PIKKU JÄÄKÄRIT - FUND RAISING FOUNDATION
Pikku Jääkärit fund support is directed for those families with economic difficulties, whose children play football in HPS (Helsingin Palloseura). Pikku Jääkärit is the members' own communal fund system. Volunteered parents raise funds for the foundation doing voluntary work. The decisions of the fund sharing is made by the Pikku Jääkärit - member group. It is important for the HPS club to make football possible for all children living in the Pakila-Paloheinä-Torpparinmäki area. Difficulties in the family's economic situation shouldn't be a reason to quit attending football.
WHO CAN GET ECONOMICAL SUPPORT VIA PIKKU JÄÄKÄRIT
To apply the support the family has to have at least one child playing football in one of the HPS teams and the child has to be a member of the club. A player who is an adult (18 or more), will fill in the application by
WHAT KIND OF EXPENCES ARE COVERED
Monthly fee, outfit, membership fee and/or training camp / tournament costs are coverded.
WHEN TO APPLY?
Applications will be handled twice a year, late spring and year end. The application form will be visible accordingly: https://www.hps.fi/seura/pikku-jaakarit/application/
WHO MAKES THE DECISIONS OF THE FUND SHARING
The decisions of the fund sharing is made by the independent Pikku Jääkärit member group that consists voluntary parents and club's head of training. The member group has set their guide lines of the sharing principles. The decisions are delivered in two weeks by email to each family who has filled the applications.
Member group will prepare a summary of handling process (number of applications, funds used) for club's member of board.
AMOUNT OF SUPPORT
Amount of support will be decided case by case. Aim is to support as many players as possible but that is depended total amount of funds and number of applications.
FUNDS TO APPLICATS?
Funds to applicants are given direclty to player's team.
The information of the applications is private and the member group has signed a non disclosure agreements.
